• Extended charters

Service availability is contingent on several factors, including weather. We retain the authority to alter or discontinue any services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

• Be of majority age, a minimum of 18 years
• Submit precise and complete details
• Remit the deposit amount indicated in your reservation confirmation
• Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only after payment is received and we send out a written confirmation. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter services are reliant on the availability of vessels and favorable weather. We will exert reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All charter rates are presented in € and encompass pertinent taxes unless specified otherwise. Rates are subject to modification without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial payment: 50% of the total charter fee, payable at the time of reservation
• Final payment: Required 48 hours before the charter departs
• Extra fees (if applicable): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank cheques. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• With more than 72 hours' notice before departure: Complete reimbursement excluding transaction fees
• Notice given 24-72 hours prior to departure: 50% of the charter cost is refunded
• Less than 24 hours' notice prior to departure: There will be no reimbursement

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

If the captain determines weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to either:

• Reschedule the charter to an alternative date at no extra charge
• Refund fully if a reschedule is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If mechanical issues arise with your appointed vessel, we will attempt to offer a suitable replacement. If no alternative can be provided, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

• Adhere to instructions given by the vessel's crew
• Utilize the necessary safety equipment as instructed
• Notify about any health conditions that may impact their safety
• Stay within the designated areas aboard the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on board:

• Glass containers
• Illegal substances
• Guns or weapons
• Excess beverages (exceeding moderate consumption)
• Pets (except where pre-authorization has been granted)

6.3 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully. We retain the right to end a charter without reimbursement if a guest's behavior creates a risk to safety or disrupts the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our accountability is limited to the cost of your booking. We are not liable for:

• Personal harm attributable to a passenger's carelessness
• The theft or destruction of personal items
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Delays due to weather or situations beyond our control

7.2 Insurance

Comprehensive marine insurance that safeguards our crafts and operations is in place. Passengers are accountable for their travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engagement in our charter services implies acknowledgment of the innate risks in marine activities and acceptance of individual responsibility for personal safety.

8. Itinerary Adjustments

Reservation of the right to modify itineraries, routes, or times is due to reasons such as weather, security, or operational demands. We will strive to arrange comparable alternative experiences.

9. Force Majeure

We cannot be held accountable for setbacks, cancellations, or schedule modifications prompted by factors not within our control, including, but not constrained to:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural catastrophes
• Governing laws
• Port lockdowns
• Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Secrecy

Your private information is managed in accord with our Privacy Policy. By availing of our services, you grant permission for the collection and application of your details as laid out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Proprietary Rights
