What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions may differ based on the service — sunset cruises come with upscale beverages and hors d'oeuvres, while corporate charters offer meeting facilities and tailored catering services.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, it's best to arrange your booking 2–3 weeks prior, or even earlier between May–September which is peak season. For business gatherings and private events, we advise scheduling 4–6 weeks beforehand to secure your preferred date and provide ample time for any personalized arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety comes first. In case the weather poses a danger as determined by our captain, we will propose an alternative date or issue a complete refund. Weather predictions are closely monitored, and you will be notified if concerns arise 24 hours ahead of your set departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You may bring along your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also offer exceptional catering options and can tailor the food offerings to suit your taste. Note that for safety purposes, glass items are prohibited onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We endeavor to cater to all our guests. While some yachts are better equipped than others for accessibility, we invite you to get in touch prior to booking to address any specific requirements. We'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange necessary adaptations.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations done 72 hours before departure, a full refund will be provided. If the cancellation occurs within 24–72 hours prior, half the booking amount is refunded. Any cancellations within the 24-hour window before departure do not qualify for a refund, except when prompted by unsafe weather or mechanical failures chargeable to us.
